Get clear on what you really want. You’ll reflect on your ideal lifestyle and health goals, then create a vision narrative or board that will guide your transformation.
Session 2: Habit Awareness
Learn how your current habits help or hinder your vision. You’ll track unconscious actions and identify the top 3 habits to shift for better alignment.
Session 3: Boosting Energy & Motivation
Explore daily energy patterns and motivation blockers. You’ll track foundational factors like hydration, mitochondrial nutrition, movement, and sleep to understand how to naturally elevate energy.
Session 4: Eating for Your Body
Learn how to assess the quality of your food. You’ll track nutrient density and processing levels, then research and outline a diet strategy personalized to your health needs and goals.
Session 5: Pantry & Kitchen Reset
Say goodbye to foods that don’t support you. You’ll learn to read labels and stock your kitchen with ingredients that align with your new nutrition strategy.
Session 6: Essential Cooking Skills
Get comfortable in the kitchen. You’ll inventory your tools, learn foundational techniques, and practice by preparing three core recipes using these new skills.

Make your new eating plan realistic and repeatable. You’ll identify meal prep obstacles, build your prep toolkit, and create a plan for the upcoming detox week.
Session 8: Whole-Foods Detox
Experience the benefits of clean eating in a supported 5-day detox. You’ll practice prepping, cooking, and reflecting—then map out daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to carry forward.
Session 9: Adapting Recipes
Make your favorite meals work for your health goals. You’ll adapt three personal recipes using whole-food substitutions, herbs, and natural flavor boosters.
Session 10: Digestive Wellness
Support your gut, boost resilience. You’ll try fermented foods, learn how digestion connects to stress, sleep, and exercise, and develop long-term strategies for gut health.
Session 11: Advanced Cooking Techniques
Take your kitchen confidence to the next level. You’ll watch training videos, practice advanced techniques, and prepare three new recipes using your refined skills.
Session 12: Mindful Eating
Build a better relationship with food. You’ll practice mindful eating techniques, identify emotional eating patterns, and discover how to eat with awareness and enjoyment.

Wrap up and plan ahead. You’ll reflect on your transformation, identify your support strategies, and leave with a personalized consistency plan for long-term success.
