Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or raw honey
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg or a drizzle of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss diced apples with cinnamon and maple syrup. Spread on a baking sheet or in a small baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle oats and nuts evenly over the apples.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes until apples are soft and topping is golden and toasted.
  5. In serving glasses or bowls, layer Greek yogurt and baked apple-oat mixture. Repeat layers if desired.
  6. Warm or cool slightly, top with extra nuts or a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
