Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- zest and juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp vinegar, apple cider or red wine
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp harissa powder (or chili powder)
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until blended. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Notes
- Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before using, as natural separation may occur.
