Tropical Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk kefir or unsweetened fortified plant milk
- ½ cup fresh or frozen mango
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- ½ small banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
- 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
- Juice of ½ a lemon or lime
- ¼ tsp cinnamon and ginger
- o ptional: 1 scoop collagen protein
- 3–4 ice cubes, if desired
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust: add a splash of milk or water if too thick, or a few extra chunks of frozen fruit if you want it colder and thicker.
